Terms & Conditions

  1. Separate charges are applicable for SEMINAR DINNER and POST SEMINAR TOURS.
  2. Request for cancellation must be made in writing.
  3. 100% refund will be made for written cancellation received by 12 JUNE 2026. Refund will be issued after the Conference.
  4. NO REFUND will be given for cancellation received after 12 JUNE 2026. However, replacement is acceptable and please forward the replacement name to conference@isp.org.my.
  5. Request for replacement must be made in writing by 26 JUNE 2026. Replacements received after 26 JUNE 2026 will not be accepted.
  6. The Registration Form serves as the official invoice. Payment is to be made within the same month of registration.
  7. All membership subscription should be paid upon submitting the registration form to entitle for member rate for the Conference, or else, non-member rate will be applied.
  8. All registration must come with payment before the event.
  9. For payment by HRD Claim, no upfront payment is needed. Change of payment method is not allowed once online transfers are made.
  10. Registration must be done by emailing the registration form to the Secretariat at conference@isp.org.my.
  11. ALL REGISTRATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER WITH FULL PAYMENT BEFORE 31 MAY 2026.

CONFERENCE DINNER

The Conference Dinner will be held on Monday 13 July 2026 at 7.30 p.m. until 10.30 p.m. Spouses and Guests of participants are welcome to attend. Dinner charges are as follows:
